I came in to get my nose piercing last weekend while I was on vacation from Toronto, and Sanjay did an amazing job! I was super scared to get it but he did it very quickly and I didn't notice a thing. He was very calm and kind. We loved their customer service so much that we can back a couple hours later to get my mom's nose pierced as well! If you're looking to get your nose pierced, I highly recommend visiting this place. They do use a gun instead of the needle, but it turned out to be fine and in my opinion less painful. Overall great customer service, I hope to visit again next year.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, excellent customer service, and amazing selection. I bought two pairs of earings for my daughters, one pair in store and one pair custom made as well as a gold chain for my son. My daughters love their earings and my son loves his chain!! I had questions about the gold and Sanjay did an excellent job on explaining how the gold was durable and at the same time flexible. I didn't feel pressured, which made the experience much more enjoyable! Will definitely be making future purchases from Bharti Art Jewellers!!
